3D Imaging (CBCT)
We utilize a Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) machine to provide the best possible imaging available in a dental office, commonly referred to as a 3D image.
This allows us to expose our patients to a fraction of the radiation from a medical or hospital based CT.
Digital Impressions
No more goopy impressions! We have invested in Dentsply Sirona’s Primescan technology. This device quickly and extremely accurately creates a digital 3D image of your teeth and mouth using “Smart Pixel Sensor” technology which processes up to 1.5 million 3D data points per second.
Thankfully this eliminates the need for runny, bad tasting and uncomfortable traditional dental impression materials.
3D Printer
Parkview Dental utilizes an industry leading SprintRay 3D printer, allowing us to print, in minutes, a very accurate resin model of the images taken with our Primescan device. We can also fabricate occlusal guards, retainers and implant surgical guides to greatly reduce the traditional laboratory time needed to create these important custom devices for our patients.
Same Day Dental Crown Milling
After our Primescan captures the extremely accurate 3D images needed for your dental crown, our state of the art Primemill will create your crown in just minutes.
This advancement in technology allows us to provide the exact same quality crowns that dental labs would provide. You can even see this amazing machine in action creating your crown during your appointment!
